Cosmic Summons are items obtained primarily as rare rewards from rolling orbs in Worlds. Some quests also reward you with a Cosmic Summon item. Each Cosmic Summon item has a predetermined list of Cosmic-rarity champions you can roll from, depending on where you obtained the item.
